Join us next Saturday morning to learn tips and tricks to cool your Pitta this Summer.
8:45am arrival for 9am yoga. Lunch will be served at 12 noon, finishing up by 12:30pm (full agenda HERE).
$55 with 100% of proceeds going to wildlife support on Kangaroo Island. You are also welcome to bring emergency goods and donations on Saturday and we will get them to a Kangaroo Island collector who is working with the effected community there.
BYO yoga matt, water bottle and note pad.
There may be dairy used in the food (ghee) so please advise dietary requirements upon booking.

Proceeds:

  • A donation of $120 for each private health session must be paid in ‘Cash Only’ to the reception before your session.

  • Personal Health Sessions are 15 minutes long.

  • Cash is the preferred method of payment for herbal remedies, but direct deposit via electronic banking or credit card options are available for herbal remedies only. There is a 1.5% fee on credit card transactions.

All proceeds are donated to nonprofit educational corporation East-West Cultural Institute to help build a new Panchakarma project in rural part of Hyderabad, India.
